1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Global TalentBridge AI website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Services Description
GTB AI provides a managed AI workforce operating system including:
- Expert recruitment, vetting, and certification
- Learning management and training programs
- Project matching and workforce management
- Quality assurance and compliance
- Payroll and payment processing
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate, complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One account per person; no sharing or transfer
4. Expert Obligations
- Complete the 7-stage vetting process honestly
- Maintain certifications and complete recertification
- Adhere to project requirements and deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Client Obligations
- Provide accurate project requirements and scope
- Pay invoices per agreed terms (weekly cycle)
- Respect expert confidentiality and privacy
- Do not solicit experts directly
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
6. Intellectual Property
All rights to the GTB AI platform, branding, content, and technology remain with GTB AI. Work product delivered to clients is owned by the client per the MSA. Expert pre-existing IP remains with the expert.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary information, trade secrets, and personal data. Experts and clients do not transact directly; GTB AI is the intermediary.
8. Payment Terms
- Weekly payroll cycle for experts
- Clients invoiced weekly per SLA
- Payments via approved providers (bank, Wise, Payoneer, PayPal, mobile money)
- Disputes handled per MSA dispute resolution
9. Limitation of Liability
GTB AI's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. GTB AI may terminate immediately for material breach, fraud, or illegal activity.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Disputes resolved in Cincinnati, Ohio courts.
